Soccer

University Park Sports Soccer is youth recreational soccer program that serves children in soccer programs U6-U15. We offer coed and all-girls teams in the following divisions: U8, U10, and U12 and offer coed teams in U6 and U15 divisions. We welcome all children of age regardless of experience, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or immigration status. 

Fall 2024 Soccer Season: We have changed the ages again! We will be offering at U6/U7 division that will accept children with birth dates between 2010 and 2020. Any child born after 2020 or before 2010 is ineligible to play this season.

UPS Soccer participates in the PGSI (Prince George’s Soccer Initiative) League. This league promotes small-sided soccer games that emphasize a pick-up game attitude. This means that the league includes several policies to keep games competitive including adding/removing players to keep the score balanced, equal play for all players, and a focus on playing soccer over winning. We are a 100% volunteer run soccer program, so please consider volunteering to coach! Coaches are not required to have any prior soccer experience, but we encourage those with the most experience to coach the older players. 

Registration is currently $75 and includes a team shirt, insurance, coach background checks, equipment maintenance, and registration for our league. The registration price is subject to change depending on insurance and tshirt prices.
